a.m. 6 miles 46:58 felt tired, legs stiff in the morning after waking up.

p.m. 4 miles real quick b4 work. 29:32. Had to run faster than desired to make it to work on time due to me being an idiot.

5 miles. 36:45. Ive just been starting my watch and leaving it at home, and then stopping it when i get back. ran what i felt was easy and turned out to be pretty quick.

feelin pretty good lately. allergies might be here but i think im ok.


dropped $550 on a new surfboard today. sweet.

Fudge.....

Leg and groin still hurt from yesterdays injury from surfing. Took off to let it heal. Worked from 10 am- 11pm. Will see how leg feels in the am tomorrow and run if it feels good. Will keep updated on the leg.

Tuesday...

4 mile run in the am, my friend stole my watch and I will get it back 2morro hopefully.

felt pretty good.

Surfed for 6 hours today. I did a split on my last wave and hurt my groin and my right quad so i figured i would take it easy the rest of the day as to not hurt it. Not a good way to start summer training. Im pretty pissed about it actually because i felt really good in the am.

Mondayyyyy

Did a run which i thought was 4 miles, but turned out to be about 3.5 when i mapped it out later in the day. Unable to find watch, felt good.

Made up for the .5 mile by surfing 3 foot overhead waves for about 2 hours, was crazy fun, will post pics if photographers put them up.

Surfing sucks, don't try it.
