5 miles. 36:45. Ive just been starting my watch and leaving it at home, and then stopping it when i get back. ran what i felt was easy and turned out to be pretty quick.

3 miles. 22:00. same deal with the watch.
feelin pretty good lately. allergies might be here but i think im ok.
dropped $550 on a new surfboard today. sweet.

Fudge.....
Leg and groin still hurt from yesterdays injury from surfing. Took off to let it heal. Worked from 10 am- 11pm. Will see how leg feels in the am tomorrow and run if it feels good. Will keep updated on the leg.

Tuesday...
4 mile run in the am, my friend stole my watch and I will get it back 2morro hopefully.
felt pretty good.
Surfed for 6 hours today. I did a split on my last wave and hurt my groin and my right quad so i figured i would take it easy the rest of the day as to not hurt it. Not a good way to start summer training. Im pretty pissed about it actually because i felt really good in the am.

Mondayyyyy
Did a run which i thought was 4 miles, but turned out to be about 3.5 when i mapped it out later in the day. Unable to find watch, felt good.
Made up for the .5 mile by surfing 3 foot overhead waves for about 2 hours, was crazy fun, will post pics if photographers put them up.
Surfing sucks, don't try it.

2 runs today, seperated by 2 hours of sitting on my ass.
Run #1: 5.5 miles at Sunken Meadow with Tommy. 5k course and then back up around snake, cardiac, back meadow and then out to the road back to the car. 41 mins.
Run #2: 3 miles around town with the Sailor (Paully the Sailor). 22 mins. 3 200 meter runs at 39-40 on the track for some strides.
Where are the barrels??

Sunken Meadow
Went up to Sunken Meadow with Tommy for some hills and to get off the sand.
44:34 for a little under 6 miles.
Calves were on fire from the sand the past two days, felt good during the run and hurt a little after.

A case of the mondays

Very warm outside.

Caves of Ice
Harry Ballzagna drove me, Tim, Alex, and Steph to Sam's Point Preserve, which has caves where ice forms, and stays for most of the summer months.
Felt very sluggish on the 15 minute run up to the caves, possibly due to the lack of sleep the night prior, and the fact that it was 9am and i had not ingested any food all morning.
Went into some dark caves, exploring, which is extremely fun. The Gunks are extremely interesting whether it comes to running, biking, or exploring, there are many rock formations and good views to be seen.
Harry and Tim decided they wanted to walk up ice stairs and risk getting hurt. Me, Alex, and Steph (the smart people in the group) thought it would be safer to walk back the way we came and did that. Walked back to the car the same route we came up.
Acquired a great rock sample to start off my collection.
Bodily Harm: Multiple scrapes on the underside of my left forearm about midway from my wrist to elbow. Caused by climbing on wet rocks and scraping on said rock.

Adventure Bicycle Riding
Rode up and over the mountains with Timotheus and Alexis. Got yelled at by 2 old guys, one being fat and having a broken leg. Being able to talk yourself out of getting yelled at pays off.
About 4 hours total time included a little swim at split rock, the turnaround point.
Only one injury from it, got a nice semi circular cut mark from the chainwheel.
Very fun, and acquired a sign during the ride.
